1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Birth data (date, time and place): needed to calculate the astrological chart you request. When you generate a reading, the birth data you entered and the calculated chart are saved in our systems to provide the service and for internal statistics on the use of the site.
• Name and email: only if you enter them voluntarily, to send you the reading or to contact you again.
• Technical browsing data generated automatically (e.g. date and time of the request).

3. Why we process the data (purposes and legal basis)

• Providing the service (calculation and reading of the chart) — legal basis: performance of a service you requested.
• Communications and marketing (newsletter, offers) — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations, in case of a purchase).

4. How and where the data is processed

The data is processed with electronic tools. To provide the service we rely on suppliers that act as data processors:

• Supabase — database and authentication (data storage);
• Vercel — hosting of the site;
• Astrologer API (RapidAPI) — calculation of the astrological chart;
• Calendly — booking of sessions (if you use it);
• Stripe — payment processing (when active).

Some of these suppliers may process the data outside the European Union as well, adopting the appropriate safeguards required by the regulations.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep the data for the time needed for the purposes stated above and, where required, to comply with legal obligations. You can ask for its deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and the right to data portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
